While living in Park City, Utah it wasn't hard to find  someone that loved rock climbing. After sitting through countless hours of stories about harrowing adventures it occurred to me that it was rare, if ever,  anyone talked about the "view". They did it for the rush, not the view. It's About the How and Now

Who doesn't love to brainstorm. It is an emotional high for leaders to take a philosophical look at the environment, new projects, and what life would be like post victory. Philosophy many times focuses on the results of the journey and assumes that all ends well. What if we focused on implementation? If philosophy is focused post journey, then planning is focused on the journey, and execution is focused on the now.

What are your core values for your business? I encourage you to think this through and come up with what really drives you to do what you do for yourself, your employees, and your clients.
